How Relevant is CABI and NBIA Membership to Business Incubators and their Staff ?

The Canadian Association of Business Incubators (CABI) and the National Business Incubator Association (NBIA) are the leading incubator associations in the America's. They have both provided a wealth of information and guidance to business incubators and their staff on this side of the globe.

How relevant are they for incubators in Caribbean and other regions to which Business Incubation is a relatively new concept and business model?

Are there any benefits to be gained by funders of incubator projects in the region by ensuring their incubator projects and staff are registered with and has access to training provided by CABI and NBIA?
